Despite the RC having 25 new levels, first few levels have small upgrade times. TH12 has 20 freaking levels and AQ/BK have 15. TH14 and up has some nice balance

The Mighty Yak is the second-highest priority pet at Town Hall 14 and for good reason. With a decent amount of hitpoints, this strong creature can easily break through high-level walls with just a couple of hits. Additionally, the Mighty Yak's substantial hitpoint pool provides excellent tanking support to the hero it is paired with.
A good base is better than a dusk hyper rush. Honestly, a dusk disciple will never be accepted in my clan. The ones I want also will never want to be in a dusk style clan. Being rushed in cwl is an advantage. Because in the time a person has maxed th10 or something, a rusher will be at th13-14 already.
Another reason: walls are not really that important on higher levels and don't affect the gameplay that much, so don't worry too much about walls. At TH levels below 11, I suggest upgrading you walls to 2 levels below your TH level or higher (ex. TH 10, wall level 8), because it makes it harder for heroes to come into your base.
